Fair enough

I disagree with most of it, but different strokes etc.

Personally, I think he's done a poor job this season. I don't think his "rebuild" has worked anywhere near as well as he hoped it would. He appears to have alienated pretty much all of the pros who've been here a while because he insists on building his own team. But he hasn't had time to build a team and he really, really needed to meld his own players on to the spine of what we had, which was pretty good. Drury, Russell, Cureton, Doherty and Otsemabor have all been dropped for loanees or GR signings and they're all decent players at this level. All managers want to bring in their own players, but GR seems to have taken it to a whole new level, publicly stating with the Hucks departure that he was part of the old regime and he wanted new heroes. That's fine, but you have to combine the new heroes with the old ones or you'll have a club and a dressing split down the middle between the old and the new.

I think, and it's just an opinion, that to some extent that's what's happened.

I think if he was arrogant but we were 10th nobody would care.
