That he has respect for both the loanies and the old pros, and like other managers in the prem, he chops and changes the starting line up around, because it's the modern way
I don't think he'll see it as dropping anyone, more a case of who he wants to play that week at that time
This kind of thing came up with Cureton last year, and probably will now cos he's at Barnsley, but many thought Roeder didn't like Cureton because he was playing him sometimes and not others. He does the same with Russell but Russell gets on with it, as does fothers
Along the way, Cureton, and his opportunities to shine haven't materialised, and he's taken it the wrong way, and appears to want out instead of getting stuck in
But hey ho, that's the way I see it, I don't see it as other pros hating Roeder cos they're dropped, I just think he's trying to bring what he's learnt at other clubs to the championship
I won't last too long debating this, cos you and me can agree and disagree, but there'll always be the obvious "what a pile of s**t" replies, and they're usually the reason I don't delve into long replies much, because that's the nature of this forum
As it's you, or if it was someone else, I'll say it cos you want to know my view, and you're not using the question as an angler to rip the s**t after (you just know scc will probably be the first to reply on this, a, cos it's a long reply, b because I've put some effort into it, and c, it's the perfect opportunity for a good old aggro starter "can anyone translate this message, tee hee, that'll get pants well radged, this is going to be an evening to remember isn't it? tee hee hee hee )
