The main problem is not Mrs Wynn-Jones's lies

it is, as we know from statements made by Mr Doncaster, Mr Turner, and Mr Wynn-Jones himself, the failure of the majority shareholders - or indeed any of the other non-executive directors, to perform their responsibilities. That has led, as we can all see, to a failed academy and a non-existent scouting system.
You can put whatever manager you like in charge of the footballing part of Norwich City and it will make little difference.
