I don't agree with the second part of that statement

good managers can do well against a s**tty backdrop, as Mike Walker proved under Chase.

No ONE single entity is to blame, neither owners or managers. The whole thing is a mess from top to bottom and, in an ideal world, we'd have a new owner and a new manager.
