I don't actually do a pec exercise tho, i started to but noticed they were getting too big. I'm doing the other things you say with bi and tri's etc. When people say ant do you want to be look like strenght/tone, i think i'd just like a mixture of the two really. Am using machines rather than free weights at the moment and would say im probably big enough at moment as dont want to be huge so would you recommend less and more reps. And if so how light should it be?
