I'd say definately do do a pec excercise ...

Like you, I don't do free-weights (to many roid heads in that part of my gym) I stick to the machines - and a lot of wire work.

Introduce some pec weights - as for the weight - that depends on you. Guess at a likely weight and do 16 reps. If it starts to burn at about rep 13 - 14 then the weight is bang on. If it starts to burn earlier than that it too heavy. If you can finish the 16 with no burning in the muscle it's too light.
