OK,I was just about to get loose! First two paragraphs I can't and won't argue with.

Firstly, I've little regard for the cricket media in this country, I've seen some of their nets (and what I've seen ,they are useless),and watching them speak on tv without their stats to refer to,man they are clueless village cricketers.having played a club second xi game and got a couple of degrees at uni,doesn't mean you know anything about cricket. Paine was a "nice " plaster over a horrible wound (cheating, Warner etc).Billings sold his soul to white ball cricket and he's 30ish now,it's no from me.
