The management structure was meant to be modular

Swap out managers if things weren’t working, swap out DOF if they got too obsessed with soccerbots, cope with a commercial director cocking up, etc.

Bit of a flaw in the design if we can’t swap out a manager without bringing the whole structure down too.

(Assumes it isn’t the structure that’s the problem, but I don’t think it is)
