Is Farke really that irreplaceable in our current model,

he is just a coach that is capable of bringing through good young players in a possession based system. The system and model which Webber sets...so therefore Webber needs to find another coach with similar qualities that is willing to set up a team within the remits of the sporting director. I am pretty sure the qualities are not that rare. Obviously many of them would be in Europe or UK based development and U23 positions but thats for Webber to find along with those on his list.
