Most EFL clubs don't have a realistic chance of reaching the Prem

So the proposals regarding the Prem don't affect them. And they certainly won't affect them if they don't get short term cash because they won't exist.
Ideally the cash shouldn't come direct from the Prem, because that gives them too much blackmail power. There should be a tax on the Prem from the FA (who oppose these proposals), who then distribute that money to the EFL themselves so the Prem can't dictate terms to EFL clubs as conditions for getting it.
