They are not even offering their own money. They are offering the money that would have gone to the 19th and 20th clubs plus the relegated clubs.

in return they want to reduce the size of the league and to be given complete control of future rules and regulations plus the ability to loan out multiple players to the same lower league clubs (premier league B teams anyone?) thus increasing their ability to hoard players.

I initially thought there was a fair bit to like in their proposals but when you think about it the whole thing stinks. Still what would you expect from two such odious clubs.
