Has anyone sold a house recently? Did you go with a traditional estate agency or an on

line one? Which would people recommend? We’ve not moved for 30 years and have never sold a property before. We’re thinking of moving but it’s making me go a bit dithery at the the thought. Are traditional agencies worth the money? (And if so, is there a recommended one?) How many valuations should you get?
