I mean, that's obvious, but a really common mistake.
Have you looked into a fat-adapted diet? (by diet I mean the literal meaning of just "the stuff you eat" rather than a specific diet plan). I've never tried it myself, but i hear increasingly more about it working for some people (and, tbf, distinctly not working for others). Might be worth trying something different to break the plateau. A Google is probably a good idea, rather than trusting an idiot Off Of On Here, but I think the general idea is lower than usual carbs (but not zero, that's madness) and slightly higher than usual fat and protein (but mainly fat).
