If we went up this season....

I wouldn't add to the squad that much.
Maybe sign Rhodes permanently and get a third striker.
Maybe a big target man. Something we don't have.
When fit our midfield is stacked.

I would reward the players who got us there.
If we go down it's no big deal.
As long as we keep finances in check we should be financially sound for 5-10 years.
