I think a lot of credit for this year's success should go to the academy and to the scouting/recruitment team.
Four from academy in first team, two free transfers and some absolute quality players at bargain prices.
If - and we shouldnt count chickens before they hatch - we go up I'd like to see minimal changes.
Perhaps sign one or two young English players from champ teams and a German on loan. Rhodes permanent.
If we go down again then this current team, with a year more experienced, with a couple of additions and no sales would be a sight to see.
