Faod this is a good thing.

The only real difference that I can discern between you on that front is that Jim comes at it from a short-term pov and you seem to be more willing to take a longer term view. So you are happier to defend (or at least rationalise) the current project whereas Jim is quicker to judge and write things off.

Emotion is good, from both of you.
