so the ref was correct

but without seeing the other pens in the shoot out its hard to say if he was over zealous in applying the law

if that was the first occasion that the keeper moved of his line then i would have said retake the pen would have been the correct course of action , but if he had moved for all the others then i would say the ref was correct
