No longer anything about not moving until ball is kicked - just:

"The defending goalkeeper must remain on the goal line, facing the kicker, between the goalposts until the ball has been kicked."

Does, though, say there should automatically be a caution for the keeper if he infringes (ie moves forward before the ball is kicked). Which rarely happens I think?
