Let's look at Lambert's first season in the prem against Alex Neil's to see how good Alex Neil really is:

Better & bigger squad - Alex Neil's
Bigger transfer funds - Alex Neil's
Bigger wage bill - Alex Neil's
Better league finish - looks like Lambert currently

Have to ask the question is Alex Neil really as up and coming as you lot all think? Give it 5 years and I personally think he'll be back in the doldrums of Scottish football.
