Especially the scrape, scramble and grind part. 17th would be a superb accomplishment. The depressing part
is the club is at such a financial disadvantage, it will be an annual relegation battle. Yeah if you survive you can buy better players, but its not in a vacuum. The clubs around you are buying better players than your better players. Lather, rinse, repeat.
