leaving aside though for a moment the tactics involved in securing further schools and

the access to funding for new facilities etc which seems to be what most of the scandal is about, interested to know if the general view is that the Inspiration Trust does ultimately improve the schools they take over?

Am I correct in thinking that they took over Costessey High which has improved significantly or is that all just smoke and mirrors?
