Smoke and mirrors.

See my other post. GCSE results rocketed due to 'gaming'. Whole year groups taking qualifications worth multiple GCSEs in Hair and Beauty for example. English and Maths twice (different specs). All this is now banned and results dropped back to previous poor levels. Many other examples... That was not IT by the way but Ormiston who RDS worked for at the time.
