Opens up un-needed free schools for millions (her sixth form cost ?6m and has only 174 out of 480 places filled) her other free school is partially to blame for other schools losing pupils and becoming vulnerable to take -over - by guess who? Her previous school gamed the GCSE system to such an extent that they dropped 40% in the year after she left. I could go on, but will spare you all. Too many words...
