Board Poll: What would you do in the middle east?

The extremist group (formerly known as ISIS) appear to be carrying out atrocities on a par with Nazi Germany (but actually some would argue more brutal). History is repeating itself but in a different area of the world. An area with inherent religious/ethnic problems. If you were a president of the US/UN leader/UK prime minster, what would you do?
