We definitely finished in a deceptively high position last season but...

...he did the job he was asked to do. He earned the right to stay on this season but signs have been there throughout this season that he is not able to take us forward. It's not too late to make the decision to let him go now though, as I genuinely believe that the players are good enough. One of Hughton's biggest achievements is seemingly convincing everyone that his players are not good enough- it's not true and I think another manager will get us the results we need with the players we have very quickly.
