If you think one jar is 2 meals, that's good going

You could go Monday to Friday eaten like that, consuming about 1000kcals a day

Then weekend warrior it till Monday. Your well being will rise considerably too, even though the meals are nice, you're regularly eating veg and your body will love you :)

Standard pasta cheese ready meals are good for this

Cook the ready meal in the plastic packaging (I get maccaroni cheese).

Prepare and mix veg and prawns alongside it. Ready meal is 700, prawns and veg 300 tops.

Other meals I like. You can cook a whole packet of scampi, that's 500kcal. I have that with a bowl of veg and prawns, and just finger eat the scampi. That's 800

Later if you want some better tasting, you can buy chicken nuggets for the chinese. Chicken is ok, but we all know from the chinese battered chicken and chinese sauce makes awesome chinese. Never comprimise on what's awesome. 12 chicken nuggets is 600kcals. I cut them in 2 to make 24. Jar sauce is 400kcal, and veg and prawns 300. I have that as a higher meal at 1300, but it's a meal you want to have to keep the variety going
