packs of honey roast wafer ham is nice. eat them with cherry tomatoes. 400g ham = 400. Toms about 100
Tikka or curried chicken breast pieces the same 100kcals per 100g, eat with cherry toms
Better than eating 500-800kcals on a pre packed sarny (which just makes you want to eat another one after)
