I am going to experiment a bit and try out different veggies.
So far carrots, peas, beans and a small pot have been used but I guess cabbage , caulis and broc might be good as well.
One jar is just about enough for 2 meals but I did water it down a little and then reduced it down a bit but it was still tastey. The peas seem to enance the flavour alot.
I think I have benefited alot this week from a reduction in bread and pasta. i feel a bit more energetic and mentally with it.
