Sold my first item - my son's ipod classic on ebay - it is perfect and works fine - I've got the money in my Paypal account and the purchaser now says it is faulty and wants a refund. Despite knowing it is not faulty she is insisting on a refund.
What is the best way of doing this - she wants me to refund her the money before she sends it back. Obviously I would like it back before I refund the money.
Any advice?
