yeah but also bits of it are a disgrace. I have personal experience

of total lack of interest, care, pride, and an attitude of entitlement that puts peoples lives at risk from the nurses. Terrible. Labour is to blame for this - they emphasised box-ticking, lists, immigrant staff who don't have enough english to do their jobs properly, and de-emphasised caring. An outrage we are still paying the penalty for. Labour ruined the culture of hospitals that I knew as a kid.
