Emphasis on the bits of it. Tiny, tiny bits of it.

I have personal experience of excellent care from immigrant staff (and non-immigrant staff) who had a supreme level of pride, care, and commitment.

In all walks of life there are people who are s**te at their job - I'm sure you will know of colleagues that fit that description - but it doesn't make the institution/business a disgrace.

I'm in and out of hospital on a regular basis at the moment and can't fault any of the staff really - they are just as overworked as the rest of us in society.
