Don't see who else you can 'blame' as decisions on, spending, organisation and structure of the NHS are made by Government?

Anyway, underneath the doom and gloom headlines of chaos and meltdown many thousands of people get treated every day by incredibly dedicated staff. Just doesn't suit a lot of political agendas to do anything other than present as a mess.
