Questions for the wisdom of the wrath

Mrs KC nudged another car yesterday and there's a small scrape in it. She took a pic of said scrape.

After an exchange of numbers she was contacted today by the other party as the other car was being driven by "a friend". It was suggested that as it was only a small mark a payment of ?150 to a garage would cover it.

I have texted back to the other party requesting we exchange insurance details as a matter of course as it's the right thing to do in an incident such as this.

Any other suggestions at the mo?
