I found the whole thing a total waste of time. The midwife who delivered the course was hopeless, and insisted on using meaningless hospital jargon and acronyms when plain English would have been far more useful.

The low point came when she dusted off a box of Playmobil figures to illustrate who does what in the delivery suite.
