NHS/NCT

We went for the NHS anti-natal and must admit was very good and we still keep in touch with a couple of the parents
All the midwives were great the only low point for some was a still warm placenta which was brought in for us to view.

Some friends went for the full NCT route, gave up after one session after the host acted out giving birth (screaming and all) to a teddy!
