Jesus! It's not like it's ever gonna happen!

Of course you can't stop people from having kids, I just feel that people should wait a bit until they can afford to bring up a child without needing to be supported by other sources. I'm not saying there should be a criteria, of licenses or anything like that. I'm sure though that people are smart enough to figure out when they are in a position to be able to financially support a child, instead of having one for the sake of it as some do.
