Looking for trolling where non exists these days!

I actually agree with a lot of that, there are people out there that should clearly never have become parents.
They have neither the financial means, or the commitment/responsibility to provide the safe, secure and supportive environment required to bring up a child properly.

Its an impossible issue to tackle, but one that I wish we could at times.
