I agree with you, by the way, I'm all in favour of the regulation of most, if not all, narcotics, but I recognise the opposing arguments. Actually I say "all in favour of ..." but I'm not really -I have my reservations: if you remove the black market for narcotics, what do the organised criminals that currently run the drugs trade do? The answer certainly isn't "just go away". They'll do something to make thier money.
