I'll answer me own question

People always go on about freedom of speech to the bitter end, no matter how much harm it does to society, possibly as long as it doesn't incite a criminal act e.g murder, child abuse etc

But there's no one supporting the freddom to act, as long as your not harming those around you. Why do we still have ridiculous drug laws in this country that mean you can't smoke pot or take e's. Now I'm not encouraging anyone to take recreational drugs but if people want to take them without harming anyone then they should be able to.

Heroin and crack obviously cause long term addiction and subsequent damage to society becuase they can't control their actions, so to protect society they should be outlawed. Evidence currently on the damage pot and e does to society is unproven and straw clutching.

I think laws against the freedom to act and freedom of speech should be there only for when either of the 2 damage society. The hatred BNP brew up along with Islamic fundamentalists do damage society and therefore should be curbed in what they say.
