When I've seen Wes this season

(at Cardiff and Bristol), he's looked a bit lightweight. It sounds like we've found a system that suits him better, but as someone pointed out earlier I like the fact that by signing Cort we're giving ourselves options.

The system we played against Ipswich might not work against Watford.

Not that we should chop & change the squad on a whim, but if that tactic isn't working it's nice to have a plan B.

I don't think Roeder is terrible tactically, I don't think it's his strongest point, but I can usually see what he's trying to do, and he is prepared to change things if they aren't working.
