People are judging Roeder through the second season syndrome, which was the mass undoing of Grant, because both Grant and Roeder in their pre seasons, building up to the second season, lost players that made us weaker (both,some through choice, grant safri, roeder huckerby)

The results I'm using are from this section, where people are comparing Roeder to Grant.

I'm pointing out there are flashes of good displays, and some games we play ok and together

Suggestions that Roeder has lost the dressing room?

Try QPR away last year
