Your PC does have 256MB RAM and 60GB HDD
Your PC has 256MB RAM but it is using 64MB for the integrated graphics. This is standard practise.
Hard drives manufacture measure a Gigabyte as 1000MB but Windows calculates a Gigabyte as 1024MB. Again this is normal practice in the IT sector.
