i think it's got f**k all to do with the academy

it is about taking the club into the community to get kids involved in sport and try to foster a spirit of cimmunity that will hopefully attract more people to become lifelong norwich supporters. it is not about uncovering future stars at all. you are just pissed off that you weren't good enough to be a spikey haired oik that spends all day farting around with children.
