That was the whole point it was set up,

to give those who were too thick to get a job after being released to carry on "coaching" kids the NCFC way. It's part of the reason why we are not getting any good players through the acadamy. They are sending out people who were not good enough to make the grade to coach youngsters. They teach the kids the way they play which is pointless if you ask me. If they couldn't get in what chance do the kids have? I fear for any kids who go and train with FITC because they will get deluded into thinking they might be going places when in reality they wont.
