No not at all,

but they could do with some ex players or people from within the game to offer advice and help instead of letting the kids learn from a bunch of people who have no real experience in the game. I'm not denying it is something fun for the kids which it is, I'm just pointing out that it is another part failure in the development of good young players at Norwich. It's another reason why the acadamy isn't really working.
