Thats the way Cullum seems to operate with the companies he runs
and he seemed to be envisaging the same thing at NCFC. Yes he would have "control" in the sense he can veto decisions at board meetings etc but on a day to day basis he seemed to be saying he would leave that to the board (albeit with one of his own men possibly in situ).
The fundamental concern I have is that investment of the level we need simply will not come in return for a minor shareholding and a seat on the board. If we get anyone on that baiss it will therefore simply be small time and a short term solution.
