Its a question of whether we want to be a nice family club with an "ahhhh" factor-if football clubs were animals, we'd be a kitten playing with a ball of wool-and note, the ball of wool would be on loan-but broke to buggery...

...or a club that still tries to promote certain core values but has a bit of capital to throw around, some new money if you like. So from kitten with a ball of wool, we can become a tiger swatting a dead antelope about a bit.
