The fact that I can say that speaks volumes.
I'm not there yet but I hardly recognise the game anymore and i'm only 29!
I think that makes it worse though, the game has changed so so much during my lifetime.

Something that really irks me is smug english fans knocking the uncompetitive SPL before drooling over the EPL.
12 team league with only 2 clubs to win it.
20 team league with a nailed on top 4, of whom only 2 are real title winners (we could argue that i spuse).
Hmmm. Which of those is most competitive I wonder?
