I'm gonna back away now, cos I'm sure to be told I just argue for the sake of it, even though my views largely remain the same in a lot of situations and are consistent (otto used to say I was doing it on purpose, but I stick largely to solid facts when someone thinks I'm just arguing for the sake of it. Around that time I defended McCarthy as a decent manager. Something I did with Roeder, and we all had to do cos he got the job. I'd have done it regardless because I already thought he was ok, Lisbie, Benjamin, Hargreaves, slagged lampards form for england off, Drogba, Thorne for being injured, Souness and Alan Lee as a bargain for 100k. I was told I was doing this for a rise. Looking back on that list, I didn't get too many wrong, and I also had the right reasoning behind why. I did say I didn't like Adebayor for some kind of balance, and largely I still don't personally, although at times he's proved me wrong also. I'm the type of person when someone goes "haha, that Darren Bent, what a knob, he'll never score again. I'm the type of person that will say, "he will though, just because it hasn't happened for him at spurs, doesn't make him rubbish", and that's when I'll get "god, you just do this on purpose to go against the majority". Maybe I don't articulate myself very well, and that's a massive flaw to me, and I admit that. And maybe I'm a bit misunderstood

I also know, that when you look at the earlier postings today, that people wanted a full blown ruck on here straight away, and what better way to do by praising someone who used to play for us getting one goal, and slagging another off, who got 3, in the same match
