One point about the restaurants...

Can we please stop this rubbish about how we should be concentrating on the team not on running a catering operation? For god's sake, all the catering makes a significant amount of money for the club, and thereby provide funds for... wait for it.... the team! Granted it's not megabucks but it all helps. Not only that, but it's a valuable resource for the community, people even travel for miles to visit it. If it wasn't there we'd all be significantly worse off, on the pitch as well as off it.
